What is the 7-day free trial?
Every new signup gets 7 days of full Octogee — full Max capabilities, multi-user channels, real building, real hosting. No credit card. You experience exactly what the platform does from day one. After the trial, you pick: stay on Free or upgrade.
What is Free?
Free is a real permanent tier — Octo as your personal advisor, 1:1, yours for life. Memory, personality, web search, chat. No hosting, no building, no multi-user — by design. This is the "my Octo for life" promise. Not a trial. An honest tier that exists forever so everyone can always come back.
Why is Free 1:1 only?
Because collaboration — inviting your people into the room with Octo — is the paid value prop. The 7-day trial lets everyone feel what that's like. Free after that is Octo as your solo advisor, still yours, still free. Upgrade to bring your people back.
What does BYOT mean?
Bring Your Own Tokens. On any paid tier, you can use your own Anthropic API key. We only charge for the platform — tokens are on you. Prices drop substantially: Hobby is $8/mo annual BYOT, Pro is $25/mo annual BYOT, Max is $41/mo annual BYOT.
What happens if I downgrade or cancel?
Octo stays. Memory stays. Your projects go offline until you choose a paid plan again. Nothing is lost. You can resubscribe or upgrade any time. Chris has personally committed to keeping Free running as long as Octogee does.
What are FastPass add-ons?
One-time consumables for when you need more: Rush ($19) for 4 hours of priority, All-Day FastPass ($49) for 24 hours of full Max, Overage Block ($15) for 100K extra tokens. Buy when you need them, nothing when you don't.
Is there a Business tier?
